Specific Gravity Pomodoro Pizza

  • 1 12 oz. ball of Dough

  • 6 oz of Specific Gravity Secret Recipe Pizza Sauce

  • 4 oz of diced Fresh Milk Mozzarella

  • 4 oz Pomodoro Mix (see recipe below)

  • Sprinkle Ball of Dough with flour

  • Delicately Stretch dough to 14" Pie

  • Ladle Sauce onto dough and distribute evenly allowing .75 of an inch crust

  • Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly over all areas covered by sauce

  • Distribute Pomodoro mix evenly over all areas covered by cheese

  • Distribute Fresh Milk mozzarella evenly over all area cover my Pomodoro mix

  • Bake at 425 degree oven on pizza stone that has been dusted with flour for roughly 20 Minutes

  • Remove and cut into 6 slices

Pomodoro Mix Recipe

  • 1 Large Beefsteak Tomato (diced)

  • 2 oz. diced red onion

  • 1 oz. chopped garlic

  • 1 oz. chiffionade of Basil

  • 1 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 oz. of Red Wine Vinegar

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and toss

  • Let Marinate for 3 hours
